A Bluebird Day at the Lake

I am beginning to feel more like myself these days as I run. Powering up the hills. Pushing myself. Attending to my posture, my alignment, my stride instead of mindlessly plodding along. My times are better, but not what I would like them to be. I guess some mornings, I should just be grateful that I have the time and the health to run at all. And I am.

Slower than yesterday, but better than a month ago.

A rare view from the back side of the lake. Not so sunny over here!

I am looking forward to a few days of beach runs this week on the Oregon Coast, one of my happy places! See you then, friends. See you then.
